Like a lot of people, my mom (who we called Memo), instilled the most important values and inspired Memoz Dessert Café. A locally owned, people centric café where people leave happier than when they came in. A place where you can truly slow down, enjoy your time, enjoy the company and, of course, enjoy your perfectly baked fresh dessert in mere minutes.
THIS IS HOW you DO IT
1. Choose your dough or batter
2. Choose from from a wide variety of mix-ins
3. Our Dessert Guide will mix these together and place in our special ovens.
4. Less than 2 minutes later we place the finishing touches on your dessert creation.
5. Grab a beer, wine, coffee, tea or one of our other drink selections.
6. Sit back, relax, play one of our many board games and enjoy.
A perfectly baked dessert in under two minutes is not an easy feat. In fact it was an amazing challenge that both myself and our very talented pastry chef, Erica, worked together to conquer. For the first time in ages my engineering degree was put to work. Between Erica and myself we were able to take an advanced technology and adapt both recipes and technology to turn out the most amazing baked desserts in a fraction of the time. What would take upwards of 40 minutes in a conventional oven, we can do in under 2 minutes.
